• Do I need an appointment?

  • ​Yes, an appointment is required. We do not take walk-ins at this time.

• What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and debit cards.

• How far along should I be to do a 3/D or a 4/D HD ultrasound?

  • We like to do our 3D and 4D/HD scans between 25-32 weeks for best results. Closer to 25 weeks if you have an anterior placenta. After the 32 week mark, we may not be able to capture baby at the best quality. You are welcome to book if you are further along then 32 weeks, with the knowledge that we DO NOT offer refunds if we cannot capture baby. NOTE: LATEST IS 21 WEEKS FOR TWINS.​​

• Are you able to tell the sex of my baby?

  • Yes, starting at 14 weeks, we can in most cases. We can't guarantee that your baby will be cooperative during your session.

• What if my baby is uncooperative?

  • If your baby is uncooperative we will have you come back in for a second session at no charge.

• Do you accept insurance?

  • No, we do not as this is an elective procedure.

• What if I am late to my appointment? 

• Late appointments will have to be rescheduled as we typically have scans back to back. Please call us if you think you may be late, so we can see if we are still able to fit your scan in or if you will need to be rescheduled.
