• Do I need an appointment?

  • ​Yes, an appointment is required.

• What forms of payment do you accept?

  • We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and debit cards.

• How far along should I be to do a 3/D or a 4/D HD ultrasound?

  • We like to do our 3D and 4D/HD scans between 25-29 weeks for best results. After the 29 week mark, we may not be able to capture baby at the best quality. You are welcome to book if you are further along then 29 weeks, with the knowledge that we DO NOT offer refunds if we cannot capture baby. NOTE: LATEST IS 24 WEEKS FOR TWINS.​​

• Are you able to tell the sex of my baby?

  • Yes, starting at 14 weeks, we can in most cases. We can't guarantee that your baby will be cooperative during your session.

• What if my baby is uncooperative?

  • If your baby is uncooperative we will have you come back in for a second session at no charge.

• Do you accept insurance?

  • No, we do not as this is an elective procedure.

• Do you require a deposit to hold appointment when scheduling?   

  • Yes, the $25.00 is to hold your appointment time. The $25.00 is subtracted from total cost of appointment at time of check-out.
